Message from the President – Sujata Rege

“When purpose meets participation, impact becomes inevitable.”

As we mark 33 years of meaningful service through Spectrum, I feel deeply honoured to lead a legacy driven by compassion, collaboration and commitment of a vibrant force of women — thinkers, doers, nurturers and change-makers.

This journey would not be possible without the guiding strength of our Advisory Board, resourceful Charter Committee, supportive Spectrum Samiti and most importantly, the active involvement of our committed members, facilitators and volunteers. We are grateful for the trust and support of our well-wishers, school partners, government officials and stakeholders who walk with us in this journey and remind us that collective action truly creates ripples of change.

This year, our focus is on deepening our impact across our core verticals — Education and Rainwater Harvesting. We aim to reach more schools, spark curiosity in children from communities in need of support, nurture life skills aligned with the National Education Policy and expand sustainable water solutions through borewell recharge projects.

Spectrum is a registered, 80G certified NGO. A key part of this journey will be building strong CSR partnerships, showcasing our projects through collaborations with like-minded forums and enhancing visibility of our work — so that every drop conserved and every life uplifted can inspire greater participation.

The journey of Spectrum is built on collective spirit and as we continue to serve with purpose and act for impact, I welcome each of you to continue walking this path with us, to strengthen and expand our vital initiatives.

Together, let’s keep shaping a future where learning is inclusive, water is conserved and every effort counts.

Warm regards,

Sujata Rege – President

One of the biggest crisis that the world is facing today is water. It's high time we do work on this more seriously. I congratulate Spectrum for taking this initiative. We need more people to get involved and create awareness for the same.

"I'm glad that organisations like Spectrum have taken up a noble cause of Rain water harvesting. It is the need of the hour. Bhartiya jain Sanghatna is already working on a few districts of Maharashtra to make them drought free. We would like to support you and work with you for the same.

Founder & Trustee FoC

Vishranti hospital is associated with Spectrum for the last eight years and we have been witnessing their kindness and caring approach towards our patients.  It is always a very pleasant experience for the staff of our organization to have these ladies visit our patients and care for them.

As the Founder Trustee of Care India Medical Society, I fall short of words in expressing our gratitude to this group.

Col NS Nyayapathi

Founder Trustee (Care India Medical Society)

I am very happy to be associated with the Environmental initiatives of Spectrum. At present, the Environmental group is primarily working on water harvesting and doing wonderful work. I was impressed with the professional attitude of the team members who helped me to conduct the Webinar on Climate Change and Solar energy. I will be happy to contribute in whatever way I can to Spectrum any time they take up any sustainable energy solutions. I was impressed by the enthusiastic response to the webinar and lively question and answer session that followed. We all need to work on war footing to avert a climate crisis.
