Our Vision

Our vision is Education and Environment

Spectrum has always believed in the fundamental aspects of nation building- Education and Environment.

As a study group while we focus on Self-Empowerment & Development, we have transcended to educating young adults.  

In the sphere of the environment, we are consolidating our efforts from Tree Plantation drives to Rain Water Harvesting.

We are 80G certified under the Income Tax Act , section 12(A).

Mission 2020 - 2025

Education: Career Coaching & Mentoring

Mentoring economically backward students for a sustainable career through a systematic process of professional Aptitude testing.

Enhancing their Lifeskills & Spoken English so that they are future-ready.

Environment: Bore well recharge

25 Bore wells to be recharged in Municipal / Zilla Parishad schools which have the pre requisite infrastructure.

Message from President

‘People don’t change with time. People change by choice.’
The choice I made to join Spectrum a year back was my walk towards changing myself for the better.
 
It is my honour to spearhead Spectrum for the year 2022-23 as the President. Spectrum has scripted its path for 30 years with ingenuity, compassion, resilience, fortitude, and integrity.
 
The vision to work in the field of education and environment was framed as these 2 elements are the corner stone of building a nation.

‘Education beyond Literacy’ is the theme of the year. Where literacy provides us the ability to read and write, education on the other hand, encompasses all learnings that shape us as a responsible social being.

In 2020 we launched our Spoken English programme. we successfully reached our programme to nearly 75 children from vernacular medium schools. Thus, building their confidence in speaking the language.

This year, we will strive to extend our reach to more children with the programme. Additionally, to develop a greater sense of self-awareness and appreciation for others we will reach out to influence young minds with our Life Skills Programme.
 
Education is an assimilation of knowledge and life skills
that defines us. A crucial part of water conservation is awareness and consciousness. Extension to our rain water
harvesting project, this year we are launching water literacy programme as our next step towards our vision of working in the field of environment.

Spectrum is a force to reckon with. My appeal to all is please come forth and join hands to actuate our vision.
