Why We Exist
As a study Group, our larger purpose is to create a collective space that is nurturing & enabling for members to tap into their potential with confidence, explore new horizons, hone leadership acumen, and contribute to social causes. We ensure that all our actions lead to impact.
We want each member to find new pathways of actualization and emerge as women to reckon with.
What we do
Who We Are
We organize / debates/ workshops, outdoor trips, offsites, etc by inviting experts from various fields who guide us to make informed decisions. Our subjects are based on current & contemporary issues so that our members are abreast with what is happening around the world.
We exist to create opportunities for all members to contribute to larger purposes through a community that is seeded in the values of camaraderie & togetherness.

Stepping into the 31st year of learning, growing and bonding with each other, it gives me immense pleasure to contribute my bit to this beautiful journey this year.
We all are experiencing a big change in and around us. Our personal and professional life has transformed and has a new dimension, with lot of positivity and inspiration from various influential sources around us.
To applaud this transformation in our meaningful life, our theme this year is –
Looking beyond horizons – Ignite, Inspire, Influence
Horizons are the limits of what you want to do or of what you are interested or involved in. So Looking Beyond Horizons, this year –
- is igniting the spark in us, discovering and becoming the person WE want to be,
- surrounding ourselves with inspiring minds that change our perspective for a meaningful life,
- reflecting ourselves through influencing thoughts that power us to lead through positive opinions.
Keeping in mind the ethos of Spectrum and the theme, a lot of programs have been well thought and planned for you. With me, an energetic and resourceful team is all set to welcome you all. Let us together look beyond our horizons, walk through an amazing transformational journey and create beautiful memories to cherish.

It was a wonderful positive experience, interacting and sharing my life journey and information on behind the scenes in Bollywood with an auditorium full of lovely women - our dear Spectrum Ahead members. A vibrant group of women, Spectrum Ahead is selflessly committed to working towards broadening horizons, changing mindsets and adding value. Their earnest efforts reflect in the series of meticulously planned events, seminars, talks and visits they organise over the year.
I am fortunate to have been invited to one of their fabulously curated events in 2019. Have been in awe of the focused approach of its wonderful members since then. As ‘Spectrum Ahead’ gears up to complete almost three decades of enriching journey, I wish this fabulous forum and every member the very best.
It was an absolute pleasure to present my craft for thinking ladies in SPECTRUM group. What amazed me was the group's readiness to accept unconventional thoughts about Kaikeyi. They skillfully managed the entire show and their planning-coordination was flawless. As an artist I would anytime be ready for a second inning at Spectrum...a truly Vibrant group.
Being a member of Spectrum, I have loved every moment-right from the indepth knowledge given on a variety of intricately chosen topics to interesting debates & discussions. It has been a beautiful social platform to meet other co-members, make new friends & have lasting friendships. Spectrum has given me immense joy & I feel extremely proud to be a member of this very dedicated Women 's Study Group.
Been a Spectrum member since 20+ yrs and always felt like an extended family get together learning along the way and having unlimited fun.
SPECTRUM is 'Stree Shakti' which has empowered me thro' knowledge and awareness to reach wider horizon as an individual. For very many years, It is a journey full of experiences, and motivation to discipline my life. It has helped me to push my boundaries, lifted me when low.... There has been good bonding and comfort level with all the members.. who helped me to grow. Blessed to be a part of Spectrum and Spectrum Ahead.
Thank you Spectrum for the wonderful opportunity to discuss my career and advertising photography as a whole from many different perspectives .
It was a wonderfully organised event and I especially liked the pre checks and zoom meetings that got a lot of technical as well as basic structure to the final event.
I will be glad to do a live event anytime once things turn to normal.
There are two aspects of Spectrum that particularly impressed me: 1. Time and effort spent in planning and research in organizing an event; 2. The enthusiastic participation in the spirit of enquiry of Spectrum members.
Spectrum अहेड कि सारी टीम से मेरी पहेलिबार मुलाकात हुई वो 6 मार्च 2019 को जब उन्होणे मेरा इन्टेरव्हू arrange किया था। लेकींन उससे पेहले जो coordination व्हाट्सआप वर फोन के जरीये हुआ वो बहोत अछा था .. मे नाशिक से होणे के कारण पुणे सिर्फ प्रोग्रॅम के दिन हि आ सकुंगी ऎसा था । सारी टीम ने बहोत अच्छे से coordinate कर के मेरे हिसाब से मुझे जो चाहिये था सब arrange किया और मुझे comfortabl फील कराया । मेरे आणे से जाणे तक मेरा खयाल रखा मुझे एक पल भी ऐसा मेहसुस नाही हुआ के मे एकेले किसी दुसरे शहर मी आई हूं। मेरी पैंटिंग पॅकिंग से डिस्प्ले तक का सारा काम सभी ने मिलकर बडे प्यार सि किया.. presentation बहोत सोच समझ कर किया था। मे सारी टीम का दिल से शुक्रिया अदा करना चाहती हु और आगे भी आपके सारे कार्यक्रम ऐसे ही बेहतरीन हो ऐसी शुभकामना देती हु,धन्यवाद!
I had the chance of working with Spectrum Ahead when they called me for a workshop in 2019. Must say, it was truly a delightful experience working with them. My interaction with them was seamless, professional and extremely smooth. They have a very strong set of women and all of them had a very professional approach towards their work and mission. It’s been my pleasure to be associated with them and I genuinely wish them success in their vision for Spectrum Ahead!
I have had the unique honour of being invited by Spectrum on 3 very special occasions - Twice to design their logo and in 2019 to conduct my largest ever workshop for close to 100 of their members.
The time I have spent with the members of Spectrum has been nothing short of inspiring. They make a great team and all my projects with them have given me an opportunity to better my own abilities.
I look forward to our association in many more activities in the future.
