As a study Group, our larger purpose is to create a collective space that is nurturing & enabling for members to tap into their potential with confidence, explore new horizons, hone leadership acumen, and contribute to social causes. We ensure that all our actions lead to impact.
We want each member to find new pathways of actualization and emerge as women to reckon with.
What we do
Who We Are
We organize / debates/ workshops, outdoor trips, offsites, etc by inviting experts from various fields who guide us to make informed decisions. Our subjects are based on current & contemporary issues so that our members are abreast with what is happening around the world.
We exist to create opportunities for all members to contribute to larger purposes through a community that is seeded in the values of camaraderie & togetherness.

Message from Sutradhar
It is a privilege, and a responsibility, to take over as the Sutradhar of our dynamic Study Group. I have been a member of SPECTRUM for over 10 years and with every interaction I’m reminded of the power of women coming together to learn, grow, and uplift one another.
This year, our chosen theme is “Inner Peace” —with the tag-line: Calm in Chaos…a gentle but powerful reminder to pause, breathe, and centre ourselves amidst life’s noise. Through our programs, workshops, and shared experiences, I hope each one of us will discover what peace means personally and how to nurture it, particularly in these times of Information overload, fast-paced lifestyle and political uncertainty.
Let this year be one of reflection, renewal, and reconnection — with ourselves and with each other.
Warmly,
Geeta Monga
